- Sponsorship letters, if applicable, detailing financial support.
- Scholarship or education loan approval letters, if applicable.
- Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
- Proof of purchase of health insurance for the duration of your stay in Australia.
- English Language Proficiency
- IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or other accepted English language test results.
- Academic Documents
- Certified copies of your academic transcripts, certificates, and diplomas.
- Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) Requirement
- A written statement addressing the Genuine Temporary Entrant requirement, explaining your study plans and your intention to return to India after your studies.
- Passport-Sized Photographs
- Recent passport-sized photographs meeting the Australian visa photo requirements.
- Health Examination
- A health examination report conducted by an authorized panel physician, if required.
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Police clearance certificate to prove you have no criminal record.
- Additional Documents (if applicable)
- Parental consent and evidence of relationship if you are under 18.
- Proof of previous work experience if applicable.

Process For Applying Student Visa (AUSTRALIA)

- Complete the Online Application
- Fill out the Subclass 500 visa application form.
- Upload all required documents.
- Pay the visa application fee.
Step 4: Attend Biometrics Appointment (if required)
- Schedule and attend a biometrics appointment
- Provide your fingerprints and photograph as part of the application process.
Step 5: Health Examination
- Undergo a health examination
- Schedule and attend a medical examination with an authorized panel physician, if required.
Step 6: Submit Your Application
- Submit your visa application
- Complete the submission process through your ImmiAccount.
Step 7: Wait for Processing
- Monitor your application status
- Check the current processing times and keep track of your application status through your ImmiAccount.
Step 8: Receive Visa Decision
- Receive visa grant notification
- If your application is approved, you will receive a notification with your visa details and conditions.
Step 9: Prepare for Travel
- Make travel arrangements
- Book your flight to Australia and ensure you carry all necessary documents, including your visa grant notification, CoE, passport, and health insurance details.
Step 10: Arrive in Australia
- Present your documents to border officials
- Show your visa grant notification and CoE upon arrival in Australia.
Step 11: Enroll in Your Course
- Complete enrollment
- Attend your educational institution and complete the enrollment process.
