Documents Checklist for B1/B2 Visa Application
- Passport
- Valid Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the United States.
- Visa Application Form
- DS-160 Form: Complete the DS-160 form online. You will receive a confirmation page with a barcode after submission, which you must print and keep for your records.
- Visa Application Fee
- Payment Receipt: Proof of payment for the visa application fee (MRV fee).
- Photograph
- Passport-sized Photograph: A recent color photograph meeting the US visa photo requirements.
